Connecticut Resident Privacy Notice

This Connecticut Resident Privacy Notice (“Connecticut Notice”) provided by Gentle Giant AT HOME LLC ("Gentle Giant AT HOME ," "we," or “us) supplements the information contained in Website Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) and the State Privacy Law Addendum (“Addendum”) and applies solely to individual residents of the State of Connecticut ("consumers" or "you").

If you are a Connecticut resident, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, C.G.S.A § 42-515, et. seq., as may be amended from time to time (“CTDPA”) provides you with certain rights with respect to your Personal Data, as that term is defined under and subject to the CTDPA.

This Connecticut Notice describes your CTDPA rights with respect to your Personal Data and explains how to exercise those rights, subject to CTDPA exceptions.

Any terms defined in the CTDPA have the same meaning when used in this Connecticut Policy.

The Right to Confirm/Access/Data Portability

You have the right to confirm whether we are using or disclosing your Personal Data and to access and obtain a copy of the Personal Data we have collected about you, upon verification of your identity. You have the right to obtain a copy of Personal Data we process in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format.

The Right to Correct

You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate Personal Data that we collected and maintain about you.

The Right to Request Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Data that we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your Personal Data from our records, unless an exception applies.
